Changed at least every three months
Changed if there has been any kind of data breach at the company
Made up of a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols
Never shared
Different to other passwords you use
Not stored in your browser

Your computer's file explorer will open and you will need to navigate to the folder storing your desired picture. So make things easier put this picture in an easy to find folder, like downloads.
Please note: computers file explorers look different depending on the make, model and operating system used. These screenshots are from a Chromebook and may look different on Microsoft Windo.
Once you've selected the image you wish to use, click "Open" (or the relevant option if different).
After clicking Open the image will show in your profile settings as your profile picture.
Great job!

You can also remove this picture in the future if you need to, by navigating back to Profile Settings and clicking the X icon shown in the top right of your profile picture and then Save Changes.
