You can add as many internal users to your account as you like subject to a seat limit. If you need to add more then please contact NestEgg and we'll increase the limit.
Who can add new users?
One person at your organisation is nominated as the owner. The owner has increased powers to add and remove additional users.
If you'd like another person to become the owner then please contact NestEgg.
How does the owner add or remove users?
From the menu select Account->Settings
The username and password fields are both optional. If the username is left blank it will be set to the email address. If the password is left blank, it will be randomly generated.
By default, adding a member will send the user an email inviting them to join the group. The user must click this invite to be able to access the decision engine dashboard.
Selecting the checkbox allows the owner to disable this invitation email and add the user straight to the group, without requiring that they accept the invitation via email.ย
The user will receive an email notifying them of their new account and how to change/set their password.
Who else can see the Settings?
It is possible to have one or more users with Admin role.
Admin users can see the group settings and a list of all users. They cannot however add or remove users.
Guidance
For security reasons, we recommend you nominate one Owner and make everyone else a standard Member. Members cannot access the Settings page.
Optionally, you can upgrade one or more members as Admin-type users.
