NestEgg contract

This forms the basis of the commercial relationship between NestEgg and your organisation.

It will be sent to you electronically and must be signed by someone with the authority to enter into a legally binding contract, such as a senior manager or Director.

The contract is designed to give you maximum flexibility, not tie you down with long term commitments. After a short initial period of three months you are free to exit the contract with 30 days notice.

Once the contract is signed we will commence the due diligence process.

Due diligence

During the due diligence process, we will ask you to read and complete a due diligence form. This form gathers key information about your organisation so that we can ensure you have all the right regulatory permissions in place.

The information gathered will be used by TransUnion to perform necessary checks on your organisation. This takes about one week to complete.

End User Agreement

This is an agreement between your organisation and TransUnion which covers the acceptable use of the data that you will be accessing.

As NestEgg cannot see the individual details of a loan application it is not a direct party to this agreement.

You will find more information about NestEgg’s use of data in our user guides within the help centre.
