Decisions

This page enables you to review the decisions made to date.

Each declined decision is maintained for 90 days (although this time frame can be reduced). On day 91 you  still see results, but the personal details of each applicant will have been removed to ensure compliance with data retention rules.

Each accepted decision is maintained for the term of the loan (as applied for) plus one year.

Click on the arrows to sort decisions by time, applicant name, automated or manual decision, value or credit score.

Click on an individual decision and select ‘view selected decision’ more details about that application will appear:

You can sort decisions by date, credit score, amount owed or by decision type: accept, refer and decline.

Different tabs

To understand what is contained in the tabs under each decision please visit:

The risk tab contains information on credit score and electoral roll
