Introduction
Each automated decision is a recommendation. A loans officer must confirm the final outcome of a decision.
The recommendation and confirmed statuses will affect how decisions are shown when filtered.
Recommended accepts
For automatically accepted decisions, click confirm to accept the application.
This then provides access to the export to .pdf (forthcoming) and e-signature options. You can also decline the application, or mark it as withdrawn:
Recommended declines
For automatically declined decisions, click confirm to decline the application. Additionally you can turn the decision to accept, or mark it as withdrawn.
Even if a decline is confirmed, it can still be changed to accept. This action will be a 'confirmed accept.'
Recommended refer
For referred decisions, you can select to accept, decline or withdraw the application.
Accepting the decision is the same as a 'confirmed accept' enabling you to export to .pdf and / or use e-signatures. Similarly, declining the application is the same as a confirmed decline.
Withdrawn applications
If an applicant does not respond to communications about their loan, it may be considered that the loan application has been withdrawn. Additionally, an applicant may contact the lender to state that they no longer wish to proceed.
In these cases any application, at any stage, can be withdrawn.
Please note, that once an application is withdrawn its status cannot be changed (e.g. to accept or decline).
For the purposes of data retention, withdrawn applications are maintained in the dashboard for 90 days. After this period the Personal Identifiable Information is removed.
Analytics
